Jena Social Care Foundation (JSCF) was incorporated on 28th August 2025 under the Companies Act, 2013 as a Section 8 Company (License No. 172545). Our Corporate Identity Number (CIN) is U88900OD2025NPL050431.

We are a religious cum charitable organization based in Puri, Odisha, with our registered office at C/o Bimal Kumar Jena, Raypur, Padanapur, Bhagabanpur, Brahmagiri, Puri - 752011. Our office is located at Dhakhineswara Lane, Duttatota, Puri - 752001.

Our organization is registered under Section 12A and approved under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, making all donations eligible for tax exemption.

Our Mission

To serve the underprivileged communities of Odisha by providing food, education, healthcare, and social welfare support. We aim to create a society where no one goes hungry, every child has access to education, and the elderly and differently-abled receive dignified care and support.

Our Journey

Foundation History

August 2025

Foundation Incorporated

Jena Social Care Foundation was officially incorporated as a Section 8 Company under the Companies Act, 2013 on 28th August 2025. The company was registered at CRC Manesar with CIN U88900OD2025NPL050431.

September 2025

NITI Aayog & NPO Registration

Registered with NITI Aayog and the NPO DARPAN Portal. Obtained provisional registration under Section 12A (Unique Reg. No: AAHCJ0321ME20251) and provisional approval under Section 80G (Unique Reg. No: AAHCJ0321MF20251).

October 2025

First Community Service

Launched our first food distribution drive near Jagannath Temple, Puri, serving over 200 needy people. The overwhelming response from the community inspired us to expand our operations.

January 2026

Animal Welfare Program

Started our stray animal feeding program, providing regular meals to over 200 stray dogs and cows across Puri district. Collaborated with local veterinary services for animal health check-ups.

June 2026

Rath Yatra Mega Drive

Organized a massive food and water distribution camp during the world-famous Rath Yatra festival, serving over 5,000 devotees and underprivileged people. This marked a significant milestone in our journey.

Future Plans

Expanding Our Reach

We aim to open education centers in 5 more blocks of Puri district, launch a mobile health clinic, and establish a permanent shelter for the homeless. We also plan to expand our animal welfare program to neighboring districts.
